Mentorship Scheme

Raising Films Ireland’s Mentorship Scheme, delivered in partnership with the National Talent Academy for Film & TV, matches emerging creatives working across the screen industries, who are also carers and/or parents, with experienced counterparts in a year long mentorship. The scheme provides structured guidance, professional development opportunities, and a supportive peer network.

The scheme is designed to help participants progress their creative projects, navigate caring responsibilities alongside work, and build sustainable career pathways. By connecting emerging and established professionals, the scheme fosters a strong sense of solidarity and shared experience, contributing to a more inclusive and resilient screen sector in Ireland.
