Raising Films Ireland participated in the Managing Careers panel at the Screen South East Crew Networking Event in Waterford, a day centred on regional creativity, connection and open discussion around building sustainable careers in the screen industry. RFI Project Manager Aisling Malone joined fellow panellists to explore the realities of long-term career sustainability, including navigating caring responsibilities, accessing support networks and developing fulfilling creative pathways. Hosted by Screen Waterford in collaboration with Screen Wexford and Screen Kilkenny, and supported by the National Talent Academies, Creative Network Ireland and Local Enterprise Office Waterford, the event highlighted the importance of regional voices and inclusive industry practices, with the full panel discussion available to watch via livestream.
