On 14 June 2025, Raising Films Ireland hosted a Job Share Training Day focused on exploring how job sharing can work in practice within the screen industries.
The day brought together industry professionals to learn more about the benefits of job sharing, hear from those with lived experience, and gain practical insight into how this flexible working model can be implemented.
Through talks, discussion, and shared learning, the training aimed to build understanding, challenge assumptions, and encourage wider adoption of job sharing across the sector. The event forms part of our ongoing work to advocate for inclusive, family-friendly, and flexible working practices in the Irish screen industry.
