Network Ireland Television International Distribution are seeking an Admin/Office Assistant to join their team.

Network Ireland Television is the foremost Irish-based international distributor, established in October 1995 with the objective of providing a sales and marketing service internationally for television programme makers and film producers and directors. They specialise in short film distribution and have many prominent and award-winning short films in their distribution catalogue.

  • Successful candidate to ideally start immediately for our small busy company (which has 3 full-time staff).

  • Part-time hours (2/3 days a week) to the fulltime sales and acquisitions team of two people - the MD Derry O'Brien and sales and acquisitions manager Sadhbh Murphy.

  • Hybrid role - assisting in office in Merrion Square, Dublin 2 (especially at the start, when starting in the role), as well as work from home, to be worked out together with successful candidate.

  • Candidate must have a lot of experience in admin already, minimum 5 years or more and must be able to work on their own initiative once familiarization with the company’s modus operandi is achieved.

  • Varied roles to include: invoicing sales clients, assisting in reporting to producers and other email communications as requested, researching and booking work trips and scheduling events for MD and sales manager, system data entry and filing (mostly digital). Along with other admin tasks as needed.

  • Great organisational and communication skills required, an interest in TV and film and media matters generally would be a bonus.

  • Terms of employment TBC at interview stage.
